黄河三角洲高效生态经济区发展存在的问题与对策

摘要

The promotion of Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone as a national strategy provides an golden opportunity to Yellow River Delta.From the perspective of connotation analysis on efficient ecological economy,the paper focuses on some problems in the development of efficient ecological economic zone：irrational regional economic structure;inadequate institutional mechanisms;low level of opening up;weak ecological and environmental protection.In view of these problems,the paper makes some countermeasures and suggestions：adjusting industrial structure,establishing a regulations guarantee system,and improving the economic level,protecting the ecological environment%黄河三角洲高效生态经济区上升为国家战略,给黄河三角洲发展提供了重要机遇。从分析高效生态经济的内涵出发,着重分析了高效生态经济区发展中存在的问题：区域经济结构不合理;体制机制不完善;对外开放水平不高;生态与环境保护薄弱。并针对以上问题提出了调整产业结构、建立制度保障、提高经济水平、保护生态环境的对策建议
