地方本科高校、企业、政府产教融合对策研究--以协同创新为视角

摘要

The local universities,enterprise and the government as important subjects of collaborative in⁃novation,through the mode of integration of production and education,surrounding common goal,cooperation with collaboration and complementary resources, they would realize the collaborative innovation for the com⁃mon benefits.At present,in the process of the integration of production and education, there are problems such as the ability of local universities to meet the needs of the industry, the lack of power to carry out the integra⁃tion of production and education, the absence of government functions and so on. To achieve synergies and win-win, it is necessary to strengthen the connotation of the four co-docking, establish a sound institutional mechanisms, the introduction of relevant policies and regulations, the use of external cooperation and other measures to ensure the effectiveness of the integration of production and education.%地方本科高校、企业和政府作为协同创新中的重要主体，通过产教融合模式，围绕共同目标，配合协作，资源互补，从而实现协同创新、利益共赢。目前，在产教融合过程中存在着地方本科高校适应行业企业需求的能力不强、企业开展产教融合的动力不足、政府职能缺位等问题，要想实现协同共赢，就必须通过加强“四共同”内涵对接、建立健全体制机制、出台相关政策法规、借助外部合作资源等措施保障产教融合获得实效。
