Objective To analyze dynamic electrocardiogram changes in acute brain stroke patients and its clinical signifi -cance.Methods One hundred cases of acute cerebral apoplexy patients undergoing 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram were selected and the results were analyzed.Results Among 100 patients,dynamic electrocardiogram abnormal rate was 82.0% with ST-T abnormal change and arrhythmia frequently registered .The occurrence rates of brainstem and thalamus arrhythmia were higher than that of the other sites ( P <0.05),abnormal rate of ST-T was lower than that of the other parts ( P <0.05),the abnormal rate of cerebral cardi -ac ischemia in patients with arrhythmias was significantly higher than that of patients with cerebral hemorrhage ( P <0.05).Conclu-sion Abnormal electrocardiogram dynamic change of acute cerebral stroke patients is mainly manifested as ST -T abnormalities and ar-rhythmias frequently seen in the brainstem and thalamus and stroke and cerebral ischemia are more prone to cardiac arrhythmias .%目的：分析急性脑卒中患者动态心电图改变的特点。方法选取100例急性脑卒中患者，行24 h 动态心电图监测，分析结果。结果100例患者中，动态心电图异常率为82．0％，以 ST－T 异常、电压异常多见；脑干及丘脑部位卒中患者心律失常发生率高于其他部位（ P ＜0．05），ST－T 异常发生率低于其他部位（ P＜0．05）；脑缺血患者心律失常发生率高于脑出血患者（ P ＜0．05）。结论急性脑卒中患者动态心电图异常表现主要以 ST－T 异常、电压异常多见，卒中部位位于脑干及丘脑患者、脑缺血患者更易出现心律失常表现。
