美沙拉嗪联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mesalazine in combination of sulfasalazine in treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods One hundred cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups , with 50cases in each group.The control group was treated with sulfasalazine and the observation group was treated with mesalazine in addition to treatment of the control group.The two groups were treated for1 weeks and followed up for 3 months and were observed for treatment effect , symptoms before and after treatment and change of mucus under microscope.Results The excellent and good rates of the observation group were 96.00%,higher than 72.00% of the control group ( P <0.01).Before treatment, symptoms and endoscopic mucous change scores of the two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant ( P >0.05); after treatment,symptoms and endoscopic mucous change scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment ( P <0.01); after treatment , the symptoms and endoscop-ic mucous change scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment ( P <0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion The effect of the combined use of mesalazine and sulfasalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is obvious with a low rate of adverse reactions and is worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨美沙拉嗪联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床效果。方法将100例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组，各50例。对照组采用柳氮磺吡啶治疗，观察组在对照组用药基础上加用美沙拉嗪灌肠治疗。两组均治疗1周，随访3个月，观察治疗效果及治疗前后症状、镜下粘膜改变评分。结果末次随访，观察组优良率为96．00％，高于对照组的72．00％（ P ＜0．01）。治疗前两组症状及镜下粘膜改变评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）；治疗后两组症状及镜下粘膜改变评分均低于治疗前（ P ＜0．01）；两组治疗后比较，观察组症状及镜下粘膜改变评分均低于对照组（ P ＜0．05）。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组（ P ＜0．05）。结论美沙拉嗪联合柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果显著，且不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。
