基于 CAE/CAD 的内侧抽芯注射模设计

             

摘要

The design method combining CAE analysis and 3D CAD with mold design was introduced by taking some box lid as an example in the paper.CAE model was built with MOLDFLOW,gate location was selected and initial molding process parameters were assigned according to related simulation result.Fill simulation was performed on scheme of initial casting system,consequently gate size was optimized and several cooling circuits were added in the mold.Subsequently the optimized scheme was verified to be a-ble to produce qualified plastic parts,CAE results provided basis for selection of injection molding ma-chine.According to optimized scheme,3D CAD mold design was completed with CREO2.0.In view of the core pulling force and distance being very small but needing pulling from 4 directions,the inside core pul-ling mechanism with inclined guide rod was selected.Above process showed that combination of CAE and CAD design method can significantly shorten the mold design and mold test cycle,improve design efficien-cy,reduce waste of resources,and also provide reference for mold design of similar plastic parts.%以某盒盖塑件为例介绍了 CAE 分析与3D CAD 设计相结合的模具设计方法。在 MOLDFLOW 中创建模型,根据相关分析结果选定了浇口位置和初始成型工艺参数;对拟定的初始浇注系统方案进行了充填分析,优化了浇口尺寸并在模具内增设了冷却回路,经冷却+流动+翘曲分析验证,优化后的方案能够生产出合格塑件;根据优化方案在 CREO2.0中进行了3D CAD 模具设计,针对该类抽芯力和抽芯距不大但需从四个方向抽芯的小型塑件,选择了斜导杆导滑内侧抽芯机构。上述过程表明,这种 CAE 与 CAD 相结合的设计方法可大幅缩短模具设计和试模周期,提高设计效率,减少资源浪费,同时也为同类塑件的模具设计提供了参考。
