乳腺分泌型癌2例报道及文献复习

摘要

Objective:To study the clinicopathological characteristies, diagnosis and prognose of secrelory carcinoma of the breast. Methods:Microscopy,histochemical and immunohistochemical slaining were used with the review of the lileralure to 2 cases secrelory carcinoma of breasl. Results:The tumor revealed small alypia of cancer cells and appeared large amounls of inlracellular and extracellular eosinophilic PAS-positive secrelory material. It conslanlly expressed immunhislochemical mark S-100. Conclusions:Secrelory carcinoma of the breasl is a rare breasl carcinoma and has beller prognosis. Combined with hislological features and hislochemical slaining,diagnosis of secrelory carcinoma of the breasl also needs differenlial diagnosis of some tumors.%目的:探讨乳腺分泌型癌的临床病理特点、诊断及预后.方法:对2例乳腺分泌型癌进行光镜、组织化学及免疫组织化学观察,并结合文献进行分析.结果:乳腺分泌型癌的病理形态学主要特点为癌细胞异型性较小,细胞质和细胞外出现大量分泌物,对PAS染色出现阳性反应,免疫组织化学S-100恒定表达.结论:乳腺分泌型癌比较少见,为预后较好的乳腺癌.诊断需结合组织学特点及免疫组织化学,病理诊断时还需与一些肿瘤相鉴别.
