多维度深度护理干预对急性脑梗死合并抑郁患者预后的影响

摘要

目的：：探讨多维度深度护理干预对脑梗死合并抑郁急性期治疗后生活质量的影响。方法：应用日常生活能力量表( ADL)、汉密顿抑郁量表( HAMD)对观察组和对照组各24例患者进行治疗前后评估。比较2组患者的临床疗效和评分变化。结果：2组患者干预前ADL和HAMD评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，干预后ADL评分均较干预前明显升高，而HAMD评分均较干预前显著降低(P0. 05);after intervention,the scores of the ADL increased and the scores of the HAMD decreased in the two groups(P<0. 01). The observation group displayed a higher degree of ADL and lower degree of HAMD than the control group(P <0. 01 and P <0. 05). Conclusions:Deep multi-dimensional nursing intervention has clinical effects on patients with acute cerebral infarction merger combined with depression.
