多层螺旋CT多期扫描对透明细胞肾癌的诊断价值

摘要

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of the three phases spiral CT scan manifestation and its value in CT staging in clear cell renal carcinoma. Methods:The images of three phases CT scan in 14 patients with clear cell renal carcinoma confirmed by surgery pathology were analyzed. Results:CT scan mixed density in 12 cases and isodensity in 2 cases were found. The improved peak of enhanced scan in 2 cases and 14 cases were 80 to 94 and more than 105 Hu,respectively. Early intensive degree of corticomedullary was significantly higher than that in renal parenchyma(P105 Hu；患者皮髓交界早期强化程度明显高于肾实质期(P<0.01)；CT分期与病理分期相比,具有较高的准确率。结论：螺旋 CT 三期扫描可对透明细胞肾癌作出明确诊断,CT 分期对术前方案制定有一定指导意义。
