核糖体结合蛋白在甲状腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系

摘要

Objective:To explore the expression of ribosome binding protein 1(RRBP1) in thyroid cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics. Methods:The expressions of RRBP1 in 86 thyroid cancer specimens and 15 adjacent normal tissue specimens were detected using immunohistochemical method, and the relationship between the expression of RRBP1 and clinicopathological characteristics of thyroid cancer was analyzed. Results:The positive rates of RRBP1 expression in thyroid cancer and normal tissue were 77. 9% and 20. 0%,respectively,and the difference of which was statistically significant(P0. 05). Conclusions:RRBP1 can be used as a novel molecular marker in the occurrence of thyroid cancer,and its expression is closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics.%目的：：探讨核糖体结合蛋白1(RRBP1)在甲状腺癌组织中的表达及其表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测RRBP1在86例甲状腺癌和15例癌旁正常组织中的表达，并分析其表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果：RRBP1在甲状腺癌及癌旁正常组织中表达的阳性率分别为77.9%和20.0%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：RRBP1可作为甲状腺癌发生相关的新型分子标志物，其表达与患者的临床病理特征相关。
