京郊既有砌体结构民居抗震性能现状分析

摘要

According to the common problem of weak seismic performance of the residential buildings in Beijing suburbs, the author took random sampling of residents in Beijing suburbs, total samples were 280. Based on the indagation data, the author analysed condition of seismic performance of the existing masonry structure, and present the existing questions on site, foundation, material, structural member and aseismatic measures of this type structure, and give the reasons. Then the author gave the measures on how to improve the seismic performance of masonry structure in rural area, such as pay attention to the standard aseismatic design and the standard market of countryside building materials.%针对京郊既有民居建筑普遍存在的抗震性能弱的问题，对京郊部分村镇的民居开展了随机抽样的散点调研，共计走访280户。根据调研资料分析京郊农村既有砌体结构民居抗震性能现状，提出村镇砌体结构房屋在场地、地基与基础、建筑材料、结构构件及抗震设防施工中存在的问题，并剖析其原因，提出注重抗震设计规范、规范农村建材市场等提高村镇砌体结构抗震性能的措施。
