消喘膏穴位贴敷对卵蛋白诱发哮喘大鼠Th1/Th2的调节作用

Objective To discuss the mechanism of acupoint application of Xioachuan Gao in the prevention and treatment of asthma. Methods The asthma model was induced by egg albumin in rats. Xioachuan Gao was applied on double Feishu ( BL13 ) , double Xinshu ( BL15 ) and double Ganshu (BL18). The changes of cytokines interferon-γ (IFN-γ)/ interleukin-4 ( IL-4) of Thl/Th2 were observed in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BLAF) , and the pulmonary pathological changes were analyzed. Results Compared with model group, the cytokine IFN-γ of Thl increased significantly (P<0. 05) in serum and BLAF and cytokine IL4 of Th2 decreased significantly ( P < 0.05) in Xiaochuan Gao group after the acupoint application with Xiaochuan Gao, and the pulmonary pathological changes showed that inflammatory infiltration and glandular hyperplasia were significantly alleviated. Conclusion The acupoint application with Xiaochuan Gao has a significant regulative effect on the disorder of Thl/Th2 and can relieve the symptoms of asthma.%目的 探讨消喘膏穴位贴敷防治哮喘的作用机制.方法 以卵蛋白诱发哮喘大鼠为研究对象,消喘膏贴敷在大鼠双肺俞、心俞、膈俞上,观察大鼠血清及肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中Th1/Th2细胞因子干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白介素4(IL-4)的改变,并对大鼠肺病理进行分析.结果 与模型组比较,消喘膏穴位贴敷后血清及肺泡灌洗液中Th1细胞因子IFN-γ显著升高(P＜0.05),Th2细胞因子IL-4显著下降(P＜0.05),肺脏病理观察显示炎细胞浸润和腺体增生显著改善.结论 消喘膏穴位贴敷对哮喘存在的Th1/Th2失衡有显著调节作用,从而改善哮喘症状.
