形状记忆合金金属橡胶阻尼器防高墩桥梁地震碰撞振动台试验研究

         

摘要

To study the control efficiency of a shape memory alloy(SMA) pseudo-rubber metal(PRM) damper on a seismic pounding of a high-pier bridge,based on El Centro,Taft,and artificial ground motions,seismic pounding shaking testing and seismic pounding shaking table testing of a high-pier bridge steel model are carried out.The control efficiency of an SMA PRM damper is analyzed in detail.Results show that SMA PRM possesses favorable damping behavior,and its stiffness becomes large with increasing distortion.It can effectively mitigate the seismic pounding in high-pier bridges,and play a role in resisting drift between the main and the approach bridges.An SMA PRM damper is adapted to reduce seismic pounding devices and restrictor in high-pier and long span bridges.%为研究形状记忆合金(shape memory alloy,SMA)金属橡胶减振器防高墩桥梁地震碰撞效能,采用ElCentro、Taft和人造地震动,进行了高墩桥梁钢模型地震碰撞试验和防高墩桥梁钢模型试验(设置SMA金属橡胶阻尼器),详细对比分析了SMA金属橡胶阻尼器控制效能.结果证明,由于SMA金属橡胶具有良好的阻尼性能,且其随变形的增加刚度增大,故SMA金属橡胶阻尼减振器能有效地减轻高墩桥梁地震碰撞效应,起到限位器的作用.
