光固化快速成型技术的进展及应用

         

摘要

光固化快速成型是最早发展起来的一种快速成型技术,在制造业、材料科学与工程、医学、文化艺术等领域有广阔的应用前景. 介绍了传统光固化成型技术在数据格式、光斑补偿等精度方面的研究. 对喷射固化成型技术、面曝光光固化成型技术、光敏树脂的研究进行了阐述,并介绍了最新的CLIP技术. 对目前光固化技术的发展和应用现状、对未来光固化成型技术的发展进行了展望.%Stereolithography is the first technology developed in rapid prototyping, which has been broadly applied in manufacturing, materials science, engineering, medicine, arts, culture and other fields. In this paper, the data exchange format, spot compensation which affects the accuracy of traditional stereo lithography apparatus were discussed. And the research and development of polyjet technology, Mask Projection Stereolithography, and the photosensitive resin were described, and the latest CLIP technology was introduced. The trend of future development and application of the stereolithography technology was envisioned.
