为研究再生骨料混凝土二次造壳搅拌工艺的技术效果,提出了减少水泥与二次搅拌相结合的搅拌工艺。通过与传统搅拌工艺的对比试验,表明再生骨料混凝土采用适当的二次造壳搅拌方法,在减少水泥用量5%的情况下,其力学性能几乎不受影响,且其工作性和耐久性还略有提高。二次造壳搅拌工艺可以节约水泥,进一步增加环保效果、提高经济效益。%For the study of the technical effect of recycled aggregate concrete with secondary manufacturing shell mixing approach, the secondary manufacturing shell mixing approach combined with reducing cement is proposed in the paper. Compared with the test of traditional mixing approach, it indicates that the secondary manufacturing shell mixing approach combined with reducing five percent of cement has little influence on the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete,and its workability and durability have a bit of improvement. Therefore, the secondary manufacturing shell mixing approach can reduce the cement dosage, increase environmental effect, and improve the economic benefit.
