企业文化对高职学生职业能力提升的研究——以武汉城市职业学院汽车专业为例

摘要

为了缩短学生就业的适应期,学院采用让学生走进企业的方法,探索企业文化在塑造学生价值观和提升就业能力中的作用,结果表明走进企业、了解企业使学生更能认识自己、认知社会,从而有效地将企业文化和学生发展有机结合起来。%In order to shorten the adaptation period of student employment, the college has explored the role of cor- porate culture in shaping the students values ?? and enhancing their employability by asking the students to ap- proach the corporate, which shows that by this way can make the students better understand themselves and the so- ciety, and can combine the corporate culture with the students'development effectively.
