The GSM-R wireless communication system is designed for the special applications on railways. It is an indispensable basis for onboard-trackside communication in Chinese Train Control System, especially in CTCS-3. However, as the communication failure is inevitable in wireless communication systcms, it is important to abstract the GSM-R targets that affects such data transmission and gives a reference value of the practical operations. This paper presents the analysis of GSM-R network targets that related with the communication network failure, which presents the referent values for future GSM-R network optimization.%铁路综合数字移动通信系统GSM-R网络是中国列车控制系统CTCS-3级列控系统车地通信的基础平台,由于无线网络自身的特性,通信中断总是不可避免地以一定的概率出现.本文分析了影响GSM-R网络服务质量的电路域指标,并对其中导致通信失败和通信中断的连接丢失率、传输时延、传输干扰、越区切换中断时间及越区切换成功率5个关键参数进行了分析,同时给出了我国现阶段使用GSM-R无线通信网络的CTCS-3级高速铁路的相关参数设定参考值,为GSM-R网络设置和参数优化提供参考,并对未来铁路数字无线通信的网络规划与优化给出一些建议.
