大间隙磁流体密封的磁场有限元分析及实验验证

         

摘要

采用有限元法,研究了密封间隙值为0.4~0.8 mm范围内大间隙并联型磁流体密封结构的磁场分布及密封能力与磁源个数的变化关系,采用实验的方法验证了大间隙对多磁源磁流体密封性能的影响,并对计算结果进行了分析和讨论.结果表明:大间隙并联型磁流体密封能力随着密封间隙的增加而减小;多磁源的密封结构可以显著提高大间隙磁流体的密封性能;永磁体与极靴结合处的漏磁及部分磁源没有完全发挥作用,是导致并联型磁流体密封结构的密封能力与单磁源的耐压能力成非线性关系的原因.%Magnetic field distribution of magnetic fluid sealing structure with the large sealing gap changed from 0. 4mm to 0. 8mm and the influence of the magnet amount on the sealing property are studied by the finite element method. The effect of large gap height on magnetic fluid seal with multiple magnetic source is studied by experimental method. The calculated results are analyzed and discussed, which show that the sealing property of multiple magnetic fluid sealing structure with large gap increases with the decrease of sealing gaps and the sealing structure with multiple magnetic source can significantly improve the magnetic fluid sealing capability. The magnetic flux leakage at the joint of magnet and pole piece and part of magnets which are not fully used result in the nonlinear relationship between the sealing property of the multiple magnetic fluid sealing structure and the sealing property of magnetic fluid sealing structure with single magnet.
