A permanent magnet (1) is arranged in a transversely-movable manner within a yoke (2). Field plate pairs (5a-5d) whose resistances vary with respect to exposed magnetic field, are arranged opposing north and south poles of the magnet, in the gap between magnet and side walls of yoke.
