基于遗传算法的直线感应电机帽型次级结构参数优化设计

     

摘要

为了提升直线感应电机的性能,在考虑直线电机所特有的横向和纵向边缘效应的情况下,建立了帽型次级直线电机的等效电路.确定帽型次级的优化变量后,得到推力、效率、功率因数和单位次级重量的解析表达式和多目标优化函数模型.通过遗传算法求解,在次级宽度的约束条件下,实现了推力、效率、功率因数和单位次级重量等量的优化计算.建立复合次级和帽形次级3-D FEM模型,将解析优化与有限元仿真进行对比,证明了优化方法的易用性.%In order to improve the performance of linear induction motor,considering the transverse and longitudinal edge effect,an equivalent circuit of cap linear motoris established.After the determination of the cap secondary optimization variables,the analytical expression and the multi objective optimal function of the thrust,efficiency,power factor and secondary weight per unit length are obtained.Under the constraint of the secondary width,the optimal calculation of thrust,efficiency,power factor and equal weight per unit is realized by genetic algorithm.The 3D FEM (finite element model) is established for the composite secondary and cap secondary.The comparative results between the analytical expression and FE simulation prove the applicable of the optimization methods.
