深水立管柔性节点选型设计研究

摘要

In order to investigate several key problems of deep-water flex joints, such as application conditions, major components, installation methods and selection principles, this paper demonstrated the overall knowledge through collecting and understanding literatures abroad. Flex joints are usually used to hang SCR, which are controlled by molded elastomeric bearing, and the 1st weld between the joint and the first pipe segment must be manufactured and checked strictly. For flex joint selection, several factors must be considered carefully, such as working tension, working pressure, working tension, angular rotation, rotational stiffness and geometrical sizes.%研究了深水立管系统柔性节点的应用场合、关键构件、安装方法、选型原则等基本技术问题,通过对国外文献的搜集、整理、翻译和消化,对这些问题有了比较系统的认识.研究表明柔性节点最主要的应用是SCR立管悬挂,球形模压弹性轴承是柔性节点的关键构件,在柔性节点安装中要求严格保证第一焊缝质量,柔性节点选型主要考虑轴向张力、介质压力、偏角、转动刚度和尺寸等因素.
