作为提升文化软实力的重要表现形式，服务水平的高低和服务质量的优劣，已成为衡量文化创意产业集聚区可持续发展的重要标准。集聚效应所带来的巨大优势以及同质化等瓶颈问题的出现，都令市场、产业、企业、公众对文化创意产业集聚区的发展提出了更高要求。首都作为经济、政治、文化交流中心，为集聚区服务水平的提升提供了一定的经济、政策、文化支持。本文基于首都文化创意产业集聚区发展的内涵与基础，从文化科技融合、公共服务平台、人力资源管理、中介服务机构、对外文化交流五个方面对首都文化创意产业集聚区提升服务水平的路径进行了探索，以期具有理论与实践指导意义。%As an important expression form of cultural soft power upgrading, the service level and service quality have become a major measure for the sustainable development of cultural creative industry cluster area. As the huge advantage brought by accumulative effect and the bottleneck problem of the homogenize emergence, it makes the market, industry, en-terprise, public put forward higher requirements for the development of cultural creative industry cluster area. Beijing, as an economic, political and cultural exchange center, provides certain economic, political, cultural support for the service level upgrading of cultural creative industry cluster. Based on the connotation and the basis of the development of capital cultural creative industry gathering area, this study makes the effective exploration for the service level upgrading of the capital culture creative industry gathering area as the following five aspects in order to have a guiding significance to the theory and practice: the integration between cultural and science &technology, public service platform, human resource management, intermediary service institutions and foreign cultural exchanges.
