提升职工职业幸福感的思考

         

摘要

“十二五”规划提出,“提高居民收入比重,各地政府把居民的幸福指数列为同GDP同等重要的考核指标……。”这些都强烈释放出一个“信号”:“幸福”将是今后施政的核心,为人民群众谋幸福是各级组织、领导干部的职责所在。在职工需求呈现多样化、复杂化的今天,发挥工会作用,引导广大职工共建共享,为职工谋幸福,已是工会不可推卸之职责。%The aim that a sensation of happiness of the people is as important as GDP is put forward in the Twelfth Five Plan for National Economic and Social Development. It is very important for the organizations and leading cadres at all levels to work for the well-being of the people. And the trade union organization should take an active role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and working for the well-being of workers.
