高职专业群对接区域产业集群问题探讨

摘要

The heterogeneity of talent demand by industry cluster has put forward the new goals and requirements for vocational talent cultivation. The connection between the specialty and industry cluster decided the support level and capability for the contribution to the regional economic development provided by vocational colleges. The paper put forward the feasibility and consideration of constructing specialty group connected with the local industry cluster.%产业集群发展对人才的多元需求为高职教育人才培养提出了新的目标和要求，高职专业群能否与区域产业集群相对接，决定着高职院校为区域经济发展提供支持的水平和能力。本文通过分析产业集群的发展轨迹和人才需求特征，提出突出职业教育特色，构建与区域产业集群相对接的专业群的可行性与基本思路。
