摘要

It is an urgent task to strengthen and innovate social management at present and in the days to come in developing the society. This article mainly discusses social management in terms of the concept, subjects, basic content and objectives. The article holds that we should value basic patterns of social development, correctly handle several relationships, and especially conscientiously strengthen the development of grass-roots organizations and related systems.%在社会建设中，当前和今后比较迫切的任务是加强和创新社会管理。本文着力对从加强和创新社会管理的概念、主体和基本内容与目标，尊重社会发展的基本规律和正确处理几个关系，特别是切实加强基层组织建设和制度建设等方面的问题进行阐述和探讨。
