基层人民调解工作现状、问题及对策研究--以北京市为例

摘要

The people’s mediation plays a unique role in solving the contradictions among the people and resolving civil disputes and maintaining social stability and so on. The article investigates and analyzes the basic-level people’s mediation work in Beijing and proposes some suggestions in order to further promote the basic-level people's mediation work in China, making it adapt to the needs of social development.%人民调解，在解决人民内部矛盾、化解民间纠纷、维护社会稳定等方面发挥着独特作用。为进一步促进我国基层人民调解工作适应经济社会发展的新需要，本文以北京市为例，对我国当前的人民调解工作现状进行调查与分析，就存在的问题进行剖析并提出了相应的建议与对策。
