利益的博弈与补偿:行业协会参与现代学徒制改革的动力研究

现代学徒制正逐渐发展成为国际职业技术教育的基本趋势. 纵观学徒制度的发展历史,行业协会都在其中扮演着非常重要的角色. 2015年,我国政府主导的现代学徒制改革已经进入试点阶段,如何发挥行业协会在其中的作用就成了需要研究的问题. 在政府、企业、学校、协会的多方利益博弈中,政府以项目委托、购买服务的形式对行业协会的行为进行利益补偿和扶持,可以激发和维持行业协会的参与动力.%Modern Apprenticeship system is gradually becoming the international basic trend for the vocational and technical education. In retrospect, the industry and associations have played important roles in the development of Apprenticeship. In 2015 , the reform of Modern Apprenticeship supervised by the government has entered the pilot stage, so exists the problem of how to exert the role of the industry and associations. In the game among govern-ments, enterprises, colleges and associations, the government's compensation of interests to the industries and association 's activities by way of the project authorization and service purchase may promote and sustain the partic-ipation of the industry and associations.
