校企共建“校园旅行社”的困境与对策探讨

         

摘要

The joint campus travel agency built by college and enterprise is an important mode for the vocationalcollege to train high-quality skilled talents in tourism.However,there are some problems in the cooperation,such as a lack of initiative either in travel agency,or in university and a shallow-level cooperation.These problems are the results of the limited understanding of the joint campus travel agency by schools and enterprises as well as of the immaturity of cooperation mechanism.In view of these problems and reasons,the university should strengthen self-construction and attract enterprises to participate in cooperation. Universities can choose suitable partners through analyzing the management idea,the comprehensive strength, the enterprise culture and the development prospect of travel agencies.In collaboration,colleges and enterprises should balance the benefit mechanism so as to motivate the enterprises to cooperate well and establish a scientific operational mode to promote the collaboration in depth.%校企共建“校园旅行社”是高职院校培养旅游专业高素质技能型人才的重要模式,然而在合作中,存在着旅行社主动性不足、高校不够重视、浅层次合作等问题。这是双方对校企共建“校园旅行社“的认识有限以及合作机制不成熟造成的。鉴于此,高校应加强自身建设,吸引企业参与合作。高校可通过分析旅行社的经营理念、综合实力、企业文化和发展前景,来选择合适的合作对象;在合作中,校企双方应均衡利益机制,激发合作的动力,并建立科学的运作模式,加大合作深度。
