城市化进程中民族地区失地女性就业问题研究--以昆明市城郊S社区的失地女性为例

摘要

The rapid urbanization process of national capital city of Kunming Frontier,the status of women re-employment of landless peasants are analyzed from various surveys on psychology,economy,culture and society. Re-employment issues of landless women need to be solved from implementing the macro-level policies,to expand the social network from the middle-community level,to change the traditional concept of thinking from the micro-scopic individual,and constantly to improve their own qualities so as to get out of the employment predicament.%走访调查边疆民族省会城市昆明在城市化发展进程中，失地女性在“农转居”生活变迁中的就业现状，并从心理、经济、文化和社会等因素分析了存在的问题。提出：需要从宏观政策层面给予落实，从中观社区方面扩大社会关系网络，从微观个体层面改变传统思维观念，不断提升自身素质，以便走出就业的困局。
