Objective To investigate the expression of gene associated with retinoid-interferon-induced mortality-19(GRIM-19)protein in the breast cancer and the correlation with breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemis-try S-P method was used to test the expression of GRIM-19 protein in the 50 cases of breast cancer and the 50 cases of normal gland tissues. Results The positive expression rate of GRIM-19 protein in the breast cancer(26. 00%) was significantly lower than that in the normal gland tissues(84. 00%)(P<0. 05). The expression of GRIM-19 protein was correlated with the TNM stage and histological grading of breast cancer(P<0. 05). Conclusion The low level expression of GRIM-19 protein was closely related with the tumor development and prognosis of breast cancer.%目的:探讨干扰素/维甲酸联合应用诱导的细胞凋亡相关基因19( GRIM-19)在乳腺癌组织中的表达,分析其与乳腺癌的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测50例正常乳腺组织及50例乳腺癌组织中GRIM-19蛋白的表达。结果乳腺癌组织中GRIM-19蛋白的阳性表达率为26.00%,明显低于正常乳腺组织的84.00%(P<0.05);GRIM-19蛋白表达水平与乳腺癌TNM分期和组织分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结论 GRIM-19的低表达可能与乳腺癌的发生发展密切相关。
