目的：探讨上皮性膀胱癌组织中Livin蛋白表达与肿瘤复发的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测59例上皮性膀胱癌及其癌旁正常组织中Livin蛋白的表达，并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果上皮性膀胱癌组织中Livin蛋白的表达高于癌旁正常组织（ P<0.05）。上皮性膀胱癌组织中Livin蛋白的表达与肿瘤复发关系密切（P<0.05），但与临床分期、病理分化程度、肿瘤大小无关（P跃0.05）。结论上皮性膀胱癌组织中Livin蛋白存在高表达，其检测可用于上皮性膀胱癌复发的监控指标。%Objective To investigate the relationship between Livin protein expression and tumor recurrence in the urothelium carcinoma of the bladder. Methods Immunohistochemistry S-P staining was used to detect the Livin protein expression in the urothelium carcinoma of the bladder and the paraneoplastic tissue,and the relationship be-tween Livin protein expression and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results The Livin protein expres-sion in the urothelium carcinoma of the bladder were higher than that in the paraneoplastic tissue(P<0. 05). The Livin protein expression in the urothelium carcinoma of the bladder was related with the tumor recurrence( P <0. 05). Conclusion Livin protein expression is high in the urothelium carcinoma of the bladder,they may play an important role in the tumor recurrence of urothelium carcinoma of the bladder.
