维持性血透患者贫血纠正后不同透析膜对肿瘤坏死因子α的影响

摘要

目的：观察醋酸纤维膜(CA)和聚砜膜(PS)对维持性血透患者贫血纠正后血浆肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α变化的影响。方法：采用酶联免疫半定量法确定血浆TNF-α含量。结果：CA组在血透60min时血浆TNF-α水平显著升高，而PS组无变化。结论：TNF-α水平的测定在一定程度上能反映透析膜的生物相容性。%Objective:To observe the influence of CA and PS on plasma TNF-α levels after maintained hemodialysis patients anemia is corrected. Methods:Thirty-two patients were randomly into CA group and PS group,TNF-α levels were tested by relatively quantitative ELISA method. Results:TNF-α levels dramatically rose in CA group at the moment 60min,whereas there was no change in TNF-α levels of PS group.Conclusion:TNF-α levels could reflect the biocompatibility of membrane to some extent.
