新医改背景下医学专科生群体意识现状调查及分析∗

摘要

Objective:To investigate and analyze the present situation of group consciousness in higher vocational college students under the background of new medical reform,according to the survey data of Anqing medical college students. Methods:Self-made questionnaire was used to collect data by the way of centralized organization, individual investigation, and comprehensive analysis, with Excel 2010, SPSS11. 0 statistical software adopted for data analysis. Results:Some phenomena and problems were found in the aspect of academic study, employment, job selection, spare-time life and mental health among these students. Conclusion:Professional quality education in the group of college students should be de-veloped continuously under the background of new medical reform, with teaching methods reformed, employment counseling implemented, campus life enriched and psychological consultation improved.%目的：：调查分析新医改背景下高专高职医学生群体意识现状。方法：自制问卷，采用集中组织、个体调查、综合分析的方法进行数据的收集、整理，利用Excel 2010、SPSS 11.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果：在专业学习、就业择业、业余生活、心理问题等方面各有一些代表性的现象和问题。结论：新医改背景下，应从改进教学方法、做好就业辅导、丰富校园生活、完善心理咨询等方面继续完善大学生群体的职业素养教育。
