The Study on the Integrity Mechanisms of Medical Service Provider under the Background of New Healthcare Reform

The tensional physician-patient relationship is a Tesult of improper value choices and institutional arrangements in the background of market economy and high technology development; meanwhile the situation that patients do not trust doctors reflects that the medical service providers are lack of the credibility. The introduction of new medical system reform has provided an opportunity for reconstruction of the credit mechanism in the field of medical care in 2009. Firstly, the thesis analyzed the situation of the relationship of doctor-patient in the past from the views of the Chinese health system reform and development. Secondly, the reason of poor communication between doctors and patients and the historical background of the medical service providers existing in reputation deficiency were explained. Then, around the important aspect of new health care reform, the article analyzed the behavioral characteristics of the health care providers on the new system environment, and further noted that the feasibility building credibility mechanisms. Finally, in order to improve the tensional physician-patient relationship and meet the medical needs, the thesis provided the policy recommendations to build the credibility mechanisms of the medical service providers.
