超声诊断及监视下水压灌肠对小儿急性肠套叠的治疗效果

摘要

目的:探析超声诊断及监视下的水压灌肠对小儿急性肠套叠治疗的临床效果.方法:选择33例急性肠套叠患儿为研究对象,行超声监视下水压灌肠复位.结果:所有患儿均顺利完成B超检查,诊断准确率为100.00％;本组33例患儿中,31例复位成功,成功率为93.94％,无1例患儿出现肠穿孔等严重并发症.结论:在超声诊断及监视下运用水压灌肠治疗小儿急性肠套叠有疗效.%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ultrasonic diagnosis and hydrostatic enema under monitoring in the treatment of infantile acute intussusception.Methods:33 cases of acute intussusception were selected as the research subjects,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All patients received ultrasonic examination smoothly,with diagnostic accuracy 100 ％.Among 33 cases of this group,reset success was in 31 cases,success rate 93.94 ％,and no case presented with bowel perforation and other serious complications.Conclusion:The curative effect of ultrasonic diagnosis and hydrostatic enema under monitoring is remarkable in the treatment of infantile acute intussusception.
