指甲压迫定位法在新生儿桡动脉穿刺中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨指甲压迫定位法在新生儿桡动脉穿刺采血中的应用效果。方法：选取2015年3月至6月的100例需采集血液标本的新生儿为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用指甲压迫定位法，对照组采用传统的触摸定位法，比较两组桡动脉穿刺采血的采血时间、皮下血肿发生率和一次性穿刺成功率。结果：观察组的一次性穿刺成功率高于对照组（ P ＜0．05）；观察组患儿的血肿发生率低于对照组（ P ＜0．05）；观察组采血操作时间短于对照组（ P ＜0．05）。结论：指甲压迫定位法的一次性穿刺成功率高，血肿发生率低，采血操作时间短，能够减轻患儿的痛苦，是一种安全可靠、简单易行的桡动脉定位方法，值得在临床推广应用。%Objective:To explore the application effect of nail pressure positioning method in neonatal radial artery puncture blood collection . Methods: One hundred newborns were collected from March to June 2015 and randomly divided into two groups.Babies in the observation group were punctured by the nail pressure positioning , and those in the control group by radial touching .The blood collection time , the rate of hematoma and the success rate of both groups were compared.Results:As for the observation group, the time of blood sampling was shorter;the rate of hema-toma was lower, and the success rate of the one -time puncture was higher.The method of nail pressure positioning is more effective than the touching method.The difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The nail pressure positioning can reduce the children's pain caused by repeated puncture, because of the advantages such as accurate positioning, simple operating and high success rate of one -time punc-ture.Thus, it is a safe and reliable method worth clinical popularization .
