奥美拉唑联合磷酸铝凝胶对消化性溃疡患者血清炎症因子的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of omeprazole combined with aluminium phosphate gel on serum inflammatory factors in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods:296 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 198 cases in each group. The control group was given triple therapy based on omeprazole. The observation group was treated with aluminium phosphate gel on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated and observed for 3 months. Results:After treatment, the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 98.5 ％ and 87.9 ％ respectively, and the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). There was no bleeding occurred in the two groups during the treatment period. The serum IL-6 values of the observation group and the control group after treatment were 12. 87 ±4. 31 pg/mL and 21. 87 ±4. 00 pg/mL respectively, which were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05). After treatment,the serum IL-6 value of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion:The application of omeprazole combined with aluminium phosphate gel to patients with peptic ulcer can inhibit the expression of serum inflammatory factors in addition to the prevention of bleeding, so as to improve the therapeutic effect. It has a very good application value.%目的:探讨奥美拉唑联合磷酸铝凝胶对消化性溃疡患者血清炎症因子的影响.方法:选择消化性溃疡患者 396例,随机分为观察组与对照组各198例,对照组给予基于奥美拉唑的三联疗法,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予磷酸铝凝胶,两组均治疗并观察3个月.结景:治疗后观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为98.5 ％和87.9 ％,观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05),两组在治疗期间均无出血情况发生;观察组与对照组治疗后的血清IL-6分别为(12.87 ±4.31)pg/mL和(21.87±4.00)pg/ML,均低于治疗前(P＜0. 05);观察组治疗后的血清IL-6水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:奥美拉唑联合磷酸铝凝胶在消化性溃疡患者的应用能在预防出血的基础上抑制血清炎症因子的表达,从而提高治疗效果,有很好的应用价值.
