民办高校科研出路探析

摘要

The key to changing the situation of civilian-run colleges’lagging behind in the field of scientif⁃ic research lies in the fact that these colleges ought to turn its“survival mode”into“development mode”,and that they pay as much attention to“application-type”as to“research-type”. Meanwhile,the colleges should employ flexible means in personnel and financial management to select competent professors as pace-setters in scientific research,and to organize academic team of teachers with Ph.D. and Master’s degrees,so as to take the leading edge in research. Adherence to academic freedom and encouragement academic debate and compe⁃tition will result in high quality scientific achievements. And by being allied with enterprises with these prod⁃ucts,the colleges will have broader prospects in scientific research.%改变民办高校科研滞后面貌的关键，在于民办高校要摆脱“生存型模式”，稳步走向“发展型模式”，从“注重应用型”的院校逐渐转向“注重研究型”的大学，运用民办高校人事、财务等方面的灵活性手段，选聘有真才实学的教授担任学科带头人，组建以博士、硕士为骨干的学术团队，抢占学术前沿，坚持学术自由的原则，鼓励学术争鸣和竞争，产生较多较高质量的科研成果，以科研成果为纽带实现与企业的联合，从而为科研开辟更广阔的前景。
