企业文化融入职业院校校园文化建设刍议

Aimed at the phenomenon of occupation college graduates, who can ’t adapt to the corporate management, and poor stability, high turnover rate, occupation colleges should set about the construction of the corporate culture integrate into occupation college campus culture, make such aspects as the breakthroght point, such as educational philosophy enterprization, cultural propaganda diversitication, company-student management, school-enterprise cooperation and integration and occupation of cultural activities, etc, to strengthen the construction of campus cluture, in order to make good educational entirement, cultivate the graduates ’ professional ethics, professional skill and employment ability, help them to be occupation people, and therefore to strengthen the stability of employment.%针对职业院校毕业生就业时普遍出现不适应企业管理、稳定性差、离职率高的现象，职业院校应从企业文化融入校园文化建设入手，以办学理念企业化、文化宣传多样化、学生管理公司化、校企合作一体化、文化活动职业化等方面为切入点，加强校园文化建设，为学生营造良好的职业教育环境，着力培养学生的职业道德、职业技能和就业能力，实现学生与企业文化的对接，帮助学生成功向职业人转变，增强毕业生的就业稳定性。
