电热化学炮移动式脉冲功率源

         

摘要

脉冲功率源系统的体积、重量、可移动性及可靠性对于应用于靶场实验的电热化学炮(ETCG)来说是重要的.为满足脉冲功率源集成化要求,必须开发、利用高储能密度、高功率的器件及综合设计脉冲功率源系统.该文研发了储能200 kJ的高储能密度脉冲功率源,ETCG靶场实验证明,该系统体积小,可移动性好,可满足ETC火炮的连续射击及单次射击,其充电时间少于10 s.功率源有10个电容器,在最大电压18 kV时储能200 kJ,高频充电器具有低谐波电流及输出功率大特点.%The size, weight, mobility and reliability of electrical power system are important for electrothermal chemical (ETC) guns in combat vehicles. A compact 200kJ pulsed power supply was developed. The ETCG field tests indicate that the power supply system has characteristics of small volume, good mobility, and can reach the demand of rapid-fire and single-shot of ETC guns. The power supply system consists of 10 capacitors, which store up to 200kJ at their maximum voltage of 18kV. The high frequency PWM charger has characteristics of low harmonic current and high power output. The charging cycle is less than 10 second.
