整装式弹药超高射频武器内弹道过程数值模拟

         

摘要

To study the interior ballistic performance of the super-high firing-rate series launched weapon with whole mount ammunition, the classic interior ballistic model was built. The energy balance equation, state equation of powder chamber and auxiliary equation of launching process were given. Firing processes of three projectiles under separateness,low firing-rate and high firing-rate were simulated. The results show that the second projectile and follow-up ones are affected greatly by the front chambers,and the later the projectile fires,the greater effect it receives. The adjacent projectiles affect each other greatly under high-firing rate,and it is harmful to weapon safety. Furthermore,the projectiles with the same load conditions have a bad muzzle-velocity consistency. The load conditions should be modulated for a good muzzle-velocity consistency.%为了研究整装式弹药超高射频串联发射武器内弹道性能,建立了整装式弹药超高射频武器的经典内弹道模型,给出了发射过程中的能量平衡方程、药室状态方程和辅助方程,编制程序分别模拟了3发弹丸单独发射、低频发射和高频发射时的情况.结果显示:第2发及后续弹丸的内弹道性能受前面药室的影响较大,且越靠后发射的弹丸受到的影响越大;高频发射时,相邻弹丸之间的影响较大,严重影响武器安全性;装填条件相同的各发弹丸,其初速一致性较差,需对装填条件进行调整,使初速一致.
