唇擦音/Φ/联合齿间音/θ/训练法在腭裂修复术后患者擦音康复训练中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of the combination of bilabial /Φ/and inter-dental /θ/to the training of pronouncing fricatives after cleft palate operations .Methods Seventy children aged four to eight years with abnormal fricatives after cleft palate operations over one month were enrolled in the study . They were randomly allocated into the experimental group (35 cases) and the control group (35 cases) .The chil-dren in the experimental group received the combined training of bilabial /Φ/and inter-dental /θ/while those in the control group received routine rehabilitation training .Results After 6 to 10 times of speech training ,the number of erroneous words of the experimental group decreased to 1 .20 ± 0 .35 from 70 .80 ± 0 .52 before the training .The difference was statistically significant (Z= -5 .215 , P= 0 .001) .The number of incorrect words of the control group decreased to 7 .17 ± 0 .45 from 70 .86 ± 0 .50 of the baseline .The difference was statistically significant (Z=-5 .237 ,P=0 .001) .The number of erroneous words of the two groups had no statistical differences before train-ing (t= -0 .079 ,P=0 .937) .The number of wrong words of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group after training (Z= -7 .023 ,P=0 .001) .Conclusion The application of the combination of bilabi-al /Φ/and inter-dental /θ/to the training of pronouncing fricatives after cleft palate operations can decrease dis-tinctly the number of erroneous words .%目的 探讨唇擦音/Φ/联合齿间音/θ/训练法在腭裂修复术后患者擦音康复训练中的应用及效果.方法 选择70例4~6岁腭裂修复术后一个月擦音(/f/、/x/、/s/、/sh/、/r/、/h/)发音异常患儿为研究对象,将患儿随机分为实验组35例,对照组35例,实验组在常规语音康复训练的基础上采用唇擦音/Φ/联合齿间音/θ/训练方法,对照组采用常规语音康复训练,均采用一对一模式,每次训练35 min,每周一次,共训练6~10次,比较两组的疗效.结果 语音训练结束后,实验组发音错误字数由训练前的70.80±0.52个减少至训练后的1.20±0.35个,差异有统计学意义(Z=-5.215,P<0.001);对照组发音错误字数由训练前的70.86±0.50个减少至训练后的7.17±0.45个,差异有统计学意义(Z=-5.237,P<0.001);训练前两组错误字数差异无统计学意义(t=-0.079,P=0.937),训练后实验组错误字数显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-7.023,P<0.001).结论 在腭裂修复术后患者擦音康复训练中应用唇擦音/Φ/联合齿间音/θ/训练法可明显较少擦音发音错误字数,且效果确切.
