The factors affecting the wavelength of Laser Diode ( LD) were presented. A circuit for wavelength precisely stabilization was designed and realized for coherent population trapping atomic clock. Experiment tests showed that the wavelength could be stabilized within 0. 02 degree C hy the circuitry.
