一种耐低温新型位移传感器设计

         

摘要

介绍一种耐低温新型位移传感器,传感器运用线性差动变压器工作原理。通过一系列的优化设计以及耐低温材料的选取,满足了系统低温使用环境要求,同时采用一端铰支、一端固定和远端减磨环支撑的法兰盘安装方式,克服了悬臂梁结构在振动、冲击力学环境下对传感器造成的影响,提高了产品在振动工况下的工作稳定性,解决了系统安装结构紧凑问题。%A new type of low temperature tolerance displacement sensor is introduced, linear varia-ble differential transformer principle is used in the displacement sensor. By using series of optimization design and low temperature resistant material selection to meet the system requirements of low-temperature environment, while one end is fixed and the other is hinged, a distal end flange mounting of wearing ring is supported,which overcomed the impact of the sensor caused by cantilever structure under vibration, shock mechanical environment , the product stability in vibration conditions of work is improved , the problem of system installation compact is solved.
