基于半导体制冷器的微型黑体温控系统

         

摘要

微型面源黑体作为红外载荷的定标用辐射源,其温度稳定性、均匀性直接影响着定标的结果.本文基于半导体制冷器,采用专用控制芯片LTC1923设计了微型面源黑体温度控制系统.在常温常压条件下,测试了微型面源黑体的温度特性.试验结果表明,微型面源黑体在0℃~50℃工作正常、黑体由当前温度升高或降低5℃所需时间小于2min、温度稳定性均优于0.02℃/h,温度均匀性均优于0.09℃,满足项目要求.%The miniature extended-area blackbody is used as a radiation source when an infrared load is calibrated.Its temperature stability and uniformity directly affects the result of calibration.This paper is based on thermoelectric cooler and the control chip LTC1923 was used in the temperature control system of miniature blackbody.Under normal temperature and pressure conditions,the temperature characteristics of miniature blackbody were tested.Experimental results show that the miniature blackbody works normally at 0℃ ~50℃,the time to increase or reduce 5℃ from the current temperature is less than 2 minutes,the temperature stability is better than 0.02℃/h,the temperature uniformity is better than 0.09℃,so the temperature control system meets the needs of the project.
