GIS技术在宁夏决策气象服务产品中的应用研究

         

摘要

基于地理信息系统软件ArcGIS9.2,以宁夏自动站实时数据和本地历史资料库资料为基础,建立有经纬度、海拔高度的数据库,按照决策服务需求将数据库实时观测数据和历史库资料进行批处理并自动转化成Micaps格式,实现了数据统计、查询、图形显示等功能,用地理信息软件任务工具箱Toolbox工具及MSPGS工具组件,建立宁夏决策服务产品模型,自动实现有地理信息的高温、雨量、大风等气象决策及公共服务产品,提升决策公共气象服务产品制作和服务水平。%Based on the geographic information software ArcGIS 9.2 and the automatic weather station observations, as well as the historical meteorological database of Ningxia, the new database with information of longitude, latitude and altitude was established, and according to the demand of public decision - making meteorological service, the real - time observations and historical meteorological dad- a are batched and changed automatically into Micaps format to achieve data statistics, inquiry and graphic display and other functions. By using geographic information software tools and MSPGS task Toolbox, the decision service products model is established in Ningxia to realize automatically service products such as high temperature, strong wind, rainfall and visibility with enough geographic information, which would further improve the public decision making service in Ningxia.
