当前经济背景下中国高校房地产专业人才培养模式探究

中国房地产业与经济增长的关联性较高,为保证房地产业健康发展,高校房地产经营管理专业人才的培养显得格外重要.通过对房地产专业发展进程及现状的分析,提出对高校房地产专业人才培养的建议,以期对未来的专业教学提供指导性建议.%In China, due to the correlation of the real estate industry and economic growth is higher.So in order to ensure the healthy development of the real estate industry, real estate management professional talents cultivation in universities is very important.In this paper, through the analysis of real estate professional development process and present situation, provide some suggestions to talents training in universities.Hope can provide some help for the future professional teaching.
