胼胝体发育不良并发颅内畸形的临床及影像学表现5例报告

摘要

目的：讨论胼胝体发育不良的临床表现和影像学特征。方法对5例胼胝体发育不良患者的临床与影像学资料进行分析，结合相关文献，对该病进行讨论。结果临床表现：运动障碍1例，智力下降1例，癫痫4例，发育缓慢2例。影像学表现：1例合并有脂肪瘤，1例有蛛网膜囊肿，2例灰质移位，1例脑裂畸形，1例脑室贯通畸形，1例畸胎瘤。以上症状及影像学改变均可合并存在。结论胼胝体发育不良应用影像学检查可明确诊断；胼胝体发育不良可能合并多种神经系统畸形。%Objective To discuss the clinical features and imaging features of the dysplasia of corpus callosum. Methods The clinical and imaging data of 5 patients with dysplasia of corpus callosum were analyzed.Results The clin-ical manifestations of corpus callosum were:1 cases of motor disorders,1 case of mental decline,4 cases of epilepsy,2 cases of slow development.Imaging manifestations were:1 case of lipoma,1 cases with subarachnoid cyst,2 cases of gray matter translocation,1 case of brain cleft malformation,1 case of ventricle through malformation,1 case of dermoid tumor.The a-bove symptoms and imaging changes could be combined.Conclusion Imaging examination can be used for diagnosing dysplasia of corpus callosum,and the development of corpus callosum may be combined with many kinds of nervous system abnormalities.
