This device allows correcting the curvature of the cornea in patients presenting corneal irregularities, such as astigmatism induced after cornea transplantation and ectatic pathologies such as keratoconus, pellucid degeneration or keratoglobus, and thus the device consists of a complete circle, characterized by a central ring (1), conferring high strength and force, held by two loops (2), insertion of the device at the time of implantation being assisted by three modified spatulas (3.1), (3.2) and (3.3), thereby producing a desired "skeleton" effect, correcting the format of the cornea and making it similar to a normal cornea.
