硫辛酸对慢性酒精中毒性周围神经病的临床疗效

摘要

目的：观察硫辛酸对慢性酒精性周围神经病（CAPN）的临床疗效。方法48例CAPN患者采用数字法随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组24例，治疗组给予硫辛酸静脉滴注，0．6 g／d；对照组给予甲钴胺注射液避光静脉滴注500μg／d，两组均连用3 w，比较治疗3 w后患者临床症状改善情况，以及腓总神经、正中神经的运动神经传导速度（MCV）和感觉神经传导速度（SCV）的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为64．6％，临床疗效明显优于对照组（41．7％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；治疗组腓总神经、正中神经的运动传导速度（MCV）和感觉传导（SCV）与对照组比较明显增加，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论硫辛酸能改善CAPN患者的临床症状，明显提高神经传导速度（ NCV），值得临床应用及研究。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of sulfur acid on chronic alcoholic peripheral neuropathy . Method 48 cases of CAPN patients were recruited from Department of Neurology , Baoji city by randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,24 cases in each group;the treatment group was given intravenous injection of lipoic acid 0.6g/d;the control group was given intravenous infusion of Mecobalamin injection light 500 ug/d.After 3 weeks treatment, compared the two groups of clinical symptoms ,motor nerve conduction velocity ( MCV) and sensory nerve conduction veloc-ity (SCV) of the common peroneal nerve and median nerve .Result The total efficiency of treatment group was 64.6%, the clinical curative effect was significantly better than the control group (41.7%),the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P <0.05);Motor conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve ,median nerve (MCV) and sensory conduction ( SCV) in treatment group increased significantly compared with the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Sulfur acid can improve the clinical symptoms of CAPN patients ,significantly improve the nerve conduction velocity ( NCV) ,it is worthy of clinical application and research in large scale .
