In order to overcoming the disadvantages of reliability and instability of the traditional electric-iron in PASSIM cigarette maker, combined with the PLC controller and photoelectric sensing technology, an im-proved atomatic electric-iron is proposed. With high speed electric-iron and low speed electric-iron installa-tion on the same baseboard, made its positioning more accurate and more reliable operation; And air-blowing device is added, to make paste and drying effect more ideal, cigarette more clean and tidy. This design has the advantages of better dynamic property and stability, and reasonable structure, less investment, short develop-ment cycle.%针对传统电烙铁在PASSIM卷烟机工作中存在的可靠性和稳定性差的缺点和不足，结合PLC和光电传感技术，对电烙铁控制系统提出了改进。将高速电烙铁和低速电烙铁安装在同一底板上，使其定位更加准确，运行更加可靠；并且增加了气吹装置，使粘贴和烘干的效果更加理想，烟条更加整洁。该设计具有更好的动态性和稳定性，且结构合理、投资少、研制周期短。
